CHERRUG – Nero di Troia Daunia I.G.P.



A superlative example of Nero di Troia wine from the Duanian Mountanins. This unique wine is producted entirely from our own Troia grapes. Cherrug, being aged for 12/24 months in tonneau, is characterized by intense and refined flavours with hints of liquirish, black charry and dark berries. A full-brodied, soft and dry in flavour. Great longevity, with a a full and delicate structure, Cherrug becomes even more delicate and elegant with the passing of the years

Grape Variety: 100% “Nero di Troia”; Cherrug is made entirely from our own grapes;
Serving suggestions: elaborated first courses, roasts and grilled meats, polenta. Excellent with cold cuts and mature cheese; 
Serve at temperature of: 18/20°C.

Note: it is a wine with low content of sulphites. Cherrug volves in a more complex bouquet after some years in the bottle
