We use only grapes from our own Vineyards, vinifying them directly in our winery after meticulous selection. The vat area features stainless steel vats equipped with the latest technologies. But it is inthe total silence of the barrel hall that one experience the strongest bond with traditions, “listening” to the wines at sweet rest, breathing the intense aromas of their French oak tonneaus at a constant temperature and controlled humidity. The winemaking equipment used contributes to ensuring the high standards of excellence that distinguish the entire KANDEA line.
